General Secretariat and MinTic, promote digital technological modernization of MSMEs in the Archipelago
- After a survey among entrepreneurs of the islands, the phase of technological impulse will begin to Micro entrepreneurs of San Andres and Providence.
The General Secretariat, in conjunction with the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies -Mintic-, seeks to implement the Digital Business Transformation Strategy, which aims to promote the increase and use of ICT in the Digital transformation processes of the MSMEs.
For this purpose, the call was made to select 30 ICT solutions (web and mobile), in order to promote the massification and use of these applications in the Digital Transformation of MSMEs. Once the stage of the call for ICT solutions is over, the stage of identification of the companies that will be beneficiaries of such will begins.
For this process, there is a characterization survey aimed at MSMEs, in such a way that it is possible to identify the largest number of companies to be beneficiaries in their regions. With these results, the team of the ICT Massification line will proceed to select the companies and assign them to the ICT solution provider that best suits their needs.
