Activation of MIPRES

INFORMS OF THE ACTIVATION OF MIPRES
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection, after reviewing compliance with the requirements established in Article 42 of Resolution 2438 of 2018, as contemplated in Resolution 1479 of 2015, and the pertinent procedures related to the enlistment and technological enrollment of the MIPRES Tool on behalf of the Departmental Archipelago of San Andres, Providence and Santa Catalina, made the activation of the Territorial Entity in the MIPRES Prescription Tool Subsidized Regime as of April 26, 2019. From this moment, the access, report of prescription, supply and other aspects, will be those established in Part II of Resolution 1479 of 2015.
Likewise, it is reported that the contingency plan described in the fourteenth transitory Article of Resolution 001996 of 2019 ceases, remaining as processes stipulated to comply with the other Articles of such Resolution, as well as their formats and attached documents, and as contemplated in Resolution 2438 of 2018.
