The San Andres Regional Ombudsman is inviting the community of the Islands to participate in the National Conciliation Day “Conciliaton”, an initiative promoted by the Ministry of Justice and Law, which will take place on the 26th, 27th and 28th of September 2017.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
1. Go to the Ombudsman's Office, Family Services Office, Notaries, Conciliation Centers, Ministries, Inspections, Local Public Prosecutor's Offices and ICBF Family Welfare Advocates.
2. Check if your conflict is reconcilable.
3. Gather the information, documents and evidence you deem relevant to the matter. It is necessary to provide a copy of your identification document.
4. Attend the appointment at the scheduled time and place.
SOME CONCILIATE MATTERS:
• Non-contractual liability in traffic accidents without personal injury.
• Loans, debts not canceled and obligations in general.
• Restitution of leased property
• Conflicts of coexistence; Problems with neighbors due to noise, pets or humidity in walls.
