 INFORMA LA ACTIVACIÓN DE MIPRES

El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, una vez revisado el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 42 de la Resolución 2438 de 2018, lo contemplado en la Resolución 1479 de 2015, y los trámites pertinentes relacionados con el alistamiento y enrolamiento tecnológico de la Herramienta MIPRES por parte del Departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina, realizó la activación de la Entidad Territorial en la herramienta de prescripción MIPRES Régimen Subsidiado a partir del 26 de abril de 2019. A partir de este momento el acceso, reporte de prescripción, suministro y demás aspectos, serán los establecidos en el Titulo II de la resolución 1479 de 2015.

Así mismo, se informa que cesa el plan de contingencia descrito en el artículo décimo cuarto transitorio de la Resolución 001996 de 2019, quedando como procesos los estipulados a cumplirse los demás artículos de dicha resolución, así como sus formatos y documentos anexos, y lo contemplado en la Resolución 2438 de 2018.

 INFORMS OF THE ACTIVATION OF MIPRES

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection, after reviewing compliance with the requirements established in Article 42 of Resolution 2438 of 2018, as contemplated in Resolution 1479 of 2015, and the pertinent procedures related to the enlistment and technological enrollment of the MIPRES Tool on behalf of the Departmental Archipelago of San Andres, Providence and Santa Catalina, made the activation of the Territorial Entity in the MIPRES Prescription Tool Subsidized Regime as of April 26, 2019. From this moment, the access, report of prescription, supply and other aspects, will be those established in Part II of Resolution 1479 of 2015.

Likewise, it is reported that the contingency plan described in the fourteenth transitory Article of Resolution 001996 of 2019 ceases, remaining as processes stipulated to comply with the other Articles of such Resolution, as well as their formats and attached documents, and as contemplated in Resolution 2438 of 2018.

MESA DEPARTAMENTAL DE PESCA EN PROVIDENCIA

· La reunión contó con la presencia de la Capitanía de Puerto de San Andrés y Providencia, Coralina, Secretaría de Agricultura y Pesca y representantes de la comunidad de pescadores de San Andrés y Providencia.

· El jueves 30 de mayo se programó una nueva reunión, con participación de la Vicepresidencia de la República.

Con el firme propósito de proteger la pesca artesanal en el archipiélago y dar prioridad a los que viven de esta práctica, el Gobernador (e) del Departamento Juan Francisco Herrera Leal lideró la Mesa Departamental de Pesca en Providencia.

Según el funcionario, el diálogo con la comunidad dejó excelentes resultados y compromisos que serán asumidos por todas las partes involucradas. Otro punto de que destacó el mandatario (e) de los isleños es la disposición de la comunidad y las excelentes ideas que brindan para llevar a cabo las labores.

“Se establecieron compromisos, se dio un parte de concertación. Además, todos los propósitos para proteger la pesca artesanal, sin dejar de lado que la pesca industrial tiene su espacio, pero debe priorizar la mano artesanal. También, que se pueden hacer concertaciones para propósitos importantes y el futuro de la pesca en el departamento archipiélago”, manifestó Herrera Leal.

De igual forma, durante la reunión se extendió la invitación a la Vicepresidencia de la República para que participe en el próximo encuentro, con el fin de que conozca de primera mano el desarrollo de esta práctica.

“El próximo 30 de mayo nos reuniremos nuevamente y explicaremos el proceso de zonificación que el consejo de Coralina aprobó, donde hay nuevas áreas de pesca artesanal que le conviene mucho a los pescadores, en especial a los de la isla hermana de Providencia”, culminó el funcionario (e).

El evento, liderado por la Gobernación Departamental, contó con la presencia de la Capitanía de Puerto de San Andrés y Providencia, Coralina, Secretaría de Agricultura y Pesca y representantes de la comunidad de pescadores de San Andrés y Providencia.

ISLANDER FAIR TABLES, MAJOR PROTAGONISTS AT THE INTERNATIONAL BOOK FAIR

The island gastronomy has become the main protagonist at the XXXII version of the International Book Fair, held at the pavilion 'Colombia 200 years' of Corferias. Hand in hand with those responsible for the various fair tables arranged in different parts of the island, the team from the Secretariat of Tourism seeks to demonstrate that the Archipelago has a number of emotions that must be experienced by people around the world, In this case, gastronomy.

According to the secretary of Tourism, Yadira Olivo Florez, the participation of San Andres, which was given by invitation by the renowned and experienced Cartagena chef, Leonor Espinosa, has served to highlight more to the destination and attract other type of visitors to the island. She added that it has been one of the most visited stands by both personalities and attendees at the fair.

"We are making presence at the International Book Fair through our gastronomic samples and our delightful and beautiful fair tables. They are selling their typical dishes. We have rondon, crab soup, fish ball and all the food that characterizes us. We will be here until May 6 at this event. This was possible thanks to Leo Espinosa, Procolombia, Vice Minister of Tourism, who has promoted us a lot and the Departmental Government,"said Olivo Florez.

The official pointed out that this administration understood the need to promote San Andres through other means that highlight the richness of its culture, the magic of the islands and the charm of the people.

"The culinary and cultural topic is taking strength. In Holy Week, the typical and gastronomic samples had an important upturn and we will continue with this. We must promote the destination from the cultural, from the gastronomical, and from the natural. It is necessary to re-position San Andres as tourism of experience, content and nature. We have a biodiversity that the world does not know,"added the Secretary.

The participation of the fair table women at the International Book Fair took place through a contest carried out by the Secretary of Tourism, which grouped all the registered tables. The proposals chosen were those that met all the specifications required by Procolombia and the other participants. Thanks to their work and dedication, today they lead the flag of island culture in the capital of the country.

Finally, the secretary highlighted the importance of small island businessmen dedicated to tourism to be part of the portfolio and present their projects.

"Everything we do, we convene, so we invite the community to attend the meetings and trainings. We make calls for all the invitations we receive; we do not choose it by hand. You have to show and certify yourself. We have all the exams that accredit them as professional chefs," concluded Yadira Olivo Flrez.

The International Book Fair of Bogota, organized by the Colombian Chamber of Books and Corferias, this year it is taking place from April 24 to May 6. With more than 1.850 cultural, academic and professional events, all the actors of the book chain will present their editorial novelties to the visiting public.

The guest of honor in the thirty-second edition of the event is Colombia, for the celebration of the bicentennial.

LAS FAIR TABLES ISLEÑAS, GRANDES PROTAGONISTAS EN LA FERIA INTERNACIONAL DEL LIBRO

· El rondón, crab soup, fish ball y toda la comida que caracteriza al archipiélago, está siendo presentada en la feria.

La gastronomía isleña se ha convertido en la gran protagonista en la XXXII versión de la Feria Internacional del Libro, llevada a cabo en el pabellón ‘Colombia 200 años’ de Corferias. De la mano de las encargadas de las diversas fair tablesdispuestas en diferentes puntos de la isla, el equipo de la Secretaría de Turismo busca demostrar que el archipiélago cuenta con un sin número de emociones que deben ser experimentadas por personas de todo el mundo. En este caso, la gastronomía.

De acuerdo con la secretaria de, Turismo Yadira Olivo Flórez, la participación de San Andrés, que se dio por cuenta de invitación por parte de la reconocida y experimentada chef cartagenera Leonor Espinosa, ha servido para destacar más al destino y atraer otro tipo de visitantes a la isla. Agregó, que ha sido uno de los stands más visitados tanto por personalidades, como por asistentes a la feria.

“Estamos haciendo presencia en la Feria Internacional del Libro, a través de nuestras muestras gastronómicas y nuestras divinas y hermosas fair tables. Están vendiendo sus platos típicos. Tenemos rondón, crab soup, fish ball y toda la comida que nos caracteriza. Estaremos hasta el 6 de mayo en el lugar. Esto fue posible gracias a Leo Espinosa, Procolombia, Viceministerio de Turismo, que nos ha impulsado un montón y la Gobernación del Departamento”, manifestó Olivo Flórez.

La funcionaria apuntó que esta administración comprendió la necesidad de promocionar a San Andrés por medio de otros ejes que resalten la riqueza de su cultura, la magia de las islas y el encanto de la gente.

“Se está disparando el tema gastronómico y cultural. En Semana Santa las muestras típicas y gastronómicas tuvieron un repunte importante y vamos a seguir con esto. Hay que promocionar el destino desde lo cultural, desde lo gastronómico, desde lo natural. Hay que volver a posicionar a San Andrés como un turismo de experiencia, de contenido y naturaleza. Nosotros tenemos una biodiversidad que el mundo no conoce”, añadió la jefa de cartera.

La participación de las mujeres de las fair tables en la Feria Internacional del Libro se dio por medio de un concurso llevado a cabo por la Secretaría de Turismo, que agrupó a todas las mesas registradas. Las propuestas escogidas fueron las que cumplieron con todas las especificaciones requeridas por Procolombia y los demás participantes. Gracias a su trabajo y dedicación, hoy lideran la bandera de la cultura isleña en la capital del país. 

Por último, la secretaria resaltó la importancia de que los pequeños empresarios isleños dedicados al turismo hagan parte de la cartera y presenten sus proyectos.

“Nosotros todo lo que hacemos lo convocamos, por eso invitamos a la comunidad a que asista a las reuniones y capacitaciones. Nosotros hacemos convocatorias para todas las invitaciones que recibimos, esto no lo escogemos a dedo. Hay que mostrarse y certificarse. Nosotros contamos con todos los exámenes que los acreditan como cocineros profesionales”, concluyó Yadira Olivo Flórez.

La Feria Internacional del Libro de Bogotá, FILBo, organizada por la Cámara Colombiana del Libro y Corferias, este año se realiza desde el 24 de abril al 6 de mayo. Con más de 1.850 eventos culturales, académicos y profesionales, todos los actores de la cadena del libro presentarán sus novedades editoriales al público visitante. 

El país invitado de honor en la trigésima segunda edición del evento es Colombia, por la celebración del bicentenario.

DAY OF CLEANING, EMBELLISHMENT, ART AND CARING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT IN HONOR OF EARTH DAY

The Interinstitutional Committee for Environmental Education, formed by the Secretariat of Public Services and Environment, Coralina, the National Police, Trash Busters, the Botanical Garden of the National University and the ICBF, is inviting the community to participate in a day of cleaning and embellishment to be carried out in ​​Juan XXIII Avenue, in the framework of the celebration of Earth Day.

The event, which will take place this Saturday, April 27 from 8:00 in the morning, has as objective to achieve the transformation and recovery of spaces, through art and the use of solid waste.
